Job Description
The Night Auditor welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure.
They contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
They ensure a smooth and secure environment to all the guests during the night.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of Front Office or hotel outlet experience preferred.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (11:00 pm 7:00 am) including weekends and public holidays.
- Requires strong communication computer literacy attention to detail and customer service skills; may include covering Night Supervisor duties based on performance.
