Starting Rate: $16.55 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.55.
Job Duties Include:
- Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties stocking polishing cleaning and maintaining walkins fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)
- Meet and greet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences allergies and special occasions
- Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
- Maintain accurate billing cash handling and float procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have ProServe Certification
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Server in a highvolume and fast paced environment required
- Previous pointofsale system experience required
- Extensive wine beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
- Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
- Schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
