Roles and responsibilities

As a leader in our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding and innovative technical solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your role will require you to effectively facilitate communication among various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, management, and individual contributors, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will assess the technical feasibility of new features, conduct risk evaluations, and develop detailed technical specifications while maintaining high standards for code quality, reusability, and comprehensive documentation. Your leadership will extend to optimizing performance on supported platforms, both for client projects and our internal technologies, ensuring our solutions are efficient and effective.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in game development, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in shipping AAA games for current-generation consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series X) and/or PC, utilizing Unreal Engine 4/5.
• Proficient in C/C++, with a strong background in performance analysis, optimization, and debugging techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of PC and console architecture, memory management, and best practices for cross-platform development.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences, including artists, engineers, and management teams. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language will be vital for fostering collaboration and understanding across disciplines.
