Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and overseeing all advertising efforts. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving brand visibility, and enhancing client relationships. This position works closely with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure increased leads and convert them into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to meet company goals and increase revenue.
  • Lead efforts in closing high-value deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Advertising Strategy and Management:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of sales-driven advertising initiatives, including digital, print, and media strategies.
  • Coordinate with external advertising agencies to ensure campaigns are on brand and deliver measurable results.

  • Client Relations and Business Development:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients to maintain client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create customized sales and advertising solutions for clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to drive lead generation.

  • Budget and Reporting:
  • Manage the sales and advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, advertising performance reports, and revenue analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure that advertising spending delivers a positive return on investment

Desired candidate profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree. They should have a robust background, bringing 7-10 years of experience in sales, advertising, or marketing. A proven track record is essential, demonstrating success in developing effective sales strategies and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Experience working with advertising agencies is crucial, as the candidate will be responsible for managing multi-channel advertising campaigns. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must, enabling the candidate to build lasting relationships and effectively engage stakeholders.

The ability to analyze market data is key to this role. The candidate should be adept at interpreting data to create actionable sales and advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. This analytical mindset will support informed decision-making and drive campaign effectiveness.
