Job Description
At ReferralPoint LLC were on the lookout for a talented individual to help us lead and manage the successful deployment of our internal initiatives and clientfacing projects. This position also allows for a hybrid work setup so you can enjoy the best of both worlds Grapevine TX office and remote work!

Location: Hybrid Role must be located near Grapevine TX
Compensation: $70000 $90000 based on experience

Implementation & Project Manager Responsibilities:
As the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process youll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and transparent client experience. Youll monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to deliver projects successfully. Your expertise in managing resources schedules and budgets will be key in completing projects within scope and on budget.
Implementation & Project Manager Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 years) as an Implementation Manager or Project Manager preferably in a SaaS technology or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall) and tools (Jira Asana Trello etc.).
- Project Management certifications (PMP ScrumMaster or equivalent) preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on client satisfaction and delivering results.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive project success.
- Experience working in a clientfacing role with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to understand technical details and work effectively with development teams to resolve project issues.
- Bachelors degree in Business Project Management Information Technology or related field preferred.
