About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and release planned purchase orders to suppliers ensuring the accuracy of items quantities pricing and lead times.
- Maintain optimal stock levels across multiple locations by monitoring inventory identifying trends and addressing potential material issues with the manager.
- Keep open purchase orders updated regularly to reflect accurate realtime data.
- Track supplier shipping confirmations and update ERP systems accordingly.
- Assess supplier performance in terms of delivery and quality identify areas for improvement and support resolution of issues.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and suppliers fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 02 years of professional experience ideally within procurement logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with proficiency in basic ERP or supply chain software.
