Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled ETRM Developer to develop and support our ETRM solutions, particularly in trade capture, risk analytics, and reporting. This role is critical in customizing and extending our ETRM systems to align with business requirements, enhancing functionality for trading, risk management, and operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Development and Support: Design, develop, and maintain ETRM solutions focusing on trade capture, risk analytics, and reporting functionalities. Ensure high performance and reliability in the systems.

• Customization and Extension: Customize and enhance ETRM systems to meet specific business needs. Work on feature requests and system enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, traders, and risk managers to gather requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications and actionable development tasks.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ETRM solutions to ensure that they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements. Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including user manuals, system configurations, and technical specifications.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in ETRM systems. Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in developing ETRM solutions, specifically with platforms such as Endur or Allegro. Familiarity with trade capture processes, risk analytics, and reporting is essential.

• Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, C#, SQL) and experience with database management. Knowledge of risk management principles and trading operations is a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
