Description
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of customer information into the sales system ensuring precision in all entries.
- Audit customer contracts against billing records verifying service details and correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with Workflow Support Sales Solutions Engineering Product Management Order Entry and other departments to facilitate data accuracy and system updates.
- Maintain and verify data integrity through meticulous data maintenance practices.
- Manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Qualifications
- 6 months of data verification
- 6 months of data entry and maintenance
- Previously worked with multiple business stakeholders (sales engineering or technical teams etc)
- Ability to multitask
- Excels in time management
