This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for the water treatment industry. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing relationships with clients and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management techniques
Lead coach and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing product development and operations to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the water treatment industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
