Job Description
We are seeking a .NET Development Team Leader for our clients team. In this role you will lead mentor and guide a team of 710 software developers managing the .NET Centre of Excellence to uphold best practices across the development lifecycle. This includes team recruitment performance management and strategic planning. Additionally youll spend up to 50% of your time designing and developing software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 710 developers across projects.
- Collaborate with clients on product requirements.
- Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and goals.
- Engage in handson design and development (up to 50% of the time).
- Ensure operational standards (uptime performance user experience).
- Oversee CI/CD automation develop unit tests and produce documentation.
- Drive coding best practices and research emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of team leadership in software engineering.
- Experience with hiring performance management and career development.
- 5 years in C# .NET plus knowledge of frontend tech (JavaScript TypeScript).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps microservices and agile methodologies.
Desired Skills:
- Crossplatform experience (iOS Android Windows Linux).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Playwright and payment systems.
