Role overview:
The Head of Operational Transformation at Staysure is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving strategic change into the operational aligned to our business outcomes and enablers. This role involves leading a team of Operational Delivery Managers to drive growth (across New Business and Retention) optimise our customer journeys find and deliver operational efficiencies and maximise our internal technological capabilities. The role is also accountable for ensure that these changes embed whilst making sure that the company remains agile efficient and customer/commercially focused.
Essentials:
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication: Ability to clearly articulate vision strategy and goals to diverse teams and stakeholders.
Influence and Motivation: Inspire and motivate teams to embrace change and work towards common objectives.
DataDriven Decision Making: Utilise data and analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align transformation efforts with our strategic goals.
MultiProject Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Knowledge of Transformation Methodologies
Change Management: Expertise in managing organisational change including stakeholder engagement and communication.
Customer Experience: Focus on improving customer outcomes by understanding their needs and designing processes that enhance their experience.
Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation to continuously improve products services and processes.
