About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design a passion for visual storytelling and a solid understanding of branding and marketing principles. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that capture our brands essence and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Visuals:
- Create a wide range of design materials including print and digital assets (logos brochures flyers social media graphics presentations etc.)
- Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for various platforms
- Edit photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and storytelling
- Social Media:
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
- Create visually appealing content for social media platforms to increase engagement and reach
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop creative content strategies and campaigns
- Work closely with photographers to brainstorm ideas for visual shoots and ensure brand consistency
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and design software to ensure innovative and cuttingedge designs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects)
- Excellent understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- A creative mindset and a passion for design
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
