Job Title: Construction Superintendent Role
Location: Deerfield Beach FL 33442
Project Locations: South Florida tricounty area (Broward MiamiDade Palm Beach)
Salary: $115125K base OT premium mileage reimbursement
Position Overview
we seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in highend restaurant projects for a GC in South Florida. The ideal candidate is a longterm handson professional with a stable work history and experience managing subcontractors quality control and maintaining project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Project Communication & Coordination
- Partner with Project Manager Project Coordinator and Project Executive; ensure all communications include relevant team members.
- Maintain clear professional emails with concise language and project details.
Must Haves
- Local Experience: Proven track record as a Superintendent for GCled highend restaurant projects.
- Stability: Demonstrable longevity with previous employers; no frequent job changes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $115125K
- OT Premium: Additional compensation for OT hours worked over 40 hours/week.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursed at $0.67/mile for eligible travel.
