Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
- Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into bookings.
- Conduct site tours for prospective clients and showcase venue capabilities.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts to clients.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their specific needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through to event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams (catering operations and marketing) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee event logistics including setup breakdown and coordination of onsite staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote banquet and event services.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities bookings and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future bookings.
