1. Duty Scheduling:
- Develop and manage daily duty schedules for approximately 300 employees ensuring optimal manpower allocation across various projects.
- Monitor attendance and adjust schedules based on workload employee availability and project demands.
2. HR Coordination:
- Address and resolve manpower grievances acting as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
3. Vehicle and Duty Arrangements:
- Coordinate transportation logistics including the arrangement of vehicles for employee commuting and projectrelated transportation.
- Collaborate with the garage to ensure timely maintenance and availability of vehicles minimizing downtime.
4. Resource Management:
- Work with the store and procurement teams to ensure the availability of necessary machinery tools and equipment for ongoing projects.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the timely procurement of supplies and equipment.
5. Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers team leaders and employees regarding schedules grievances and resource needs.
- Prepare regular reports on manpower utilization vehicle status and equipment inventory for management review.
6. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to manpower vehicle usage and equipment handling.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability among employees.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to duty scheduling and resource management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices in HR coordination to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
8. Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training sessions for employees on safety procedures operational protocols and other relevant topics.
- Support the development of employee skills and performance through feedback and coaching.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
