Job Description: As a Business Development Manager you will identify new business industry an ability to create and execute growth strategies and a passion for building connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients partners and industry contacts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to support client needs.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Marketing or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business development sales or a related role in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
