Job Description

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Sr. Sales Executive you will be responsible to Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilising Jotuns sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales gross margin DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.

This position is based in Riyadh & will report to the Area Sales Manager Central Region.
Responsibilities:
  • Introduce promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular dealers visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
  • Promote decorative products by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget by selling high value products and increasing the retail network along with strong followup on the payment collections.
  • Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and retail market mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan well for the new openings.
  • Liaise with the client market and respond to enquiries introducing products services to dealers/retailers and attending to customers complaints.
  • Followup on dealers within allocated geographical territories and ensure that our shops reflecting Jotun identity and distribution strategy by coordinating and monitoring closely with dealers & shop salesmen to ensure JOTUN products are used and to achieve sales budget.
  • To play central role in developing and conducting Jotun Way programme which aiming to upgrade the competence of salesmen along with training for painters in the territory.

Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • 3 5 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales & Business Development.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written.
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
