Notre client un organisme a but non lucratif OBNL sur la RiveSud immédiate de Montréal est a la recherche d'un(e) Directeur ou Directrice philanthropique et communication.
Ce poste est sous l'autorité de la direction générale.
Les principales responsabilités du poste sont:
Préparer le bilan des activités ainsi que les démarches entreprises pour obtenir des fonds au cours du dernier mois et en faire part a la direction générale
Assurer la représentation et le rayonnement de l'organisme dans la communauté
Organiser et superviser les activités de bénévolats prenant place au centre
Fournir les prévisions budgétaires pour l'année au niveau des activités de financement et des dons
Une description plus détaillée quant aux tâches du développement philanthropique vous sera fourni si votre candidature est considérée.
Responsabilités quant au volet des communications:
Développe un plan de communication en lien avec la planification stratégique
Assure son déploiement en incluant la conception des visuels la rédaction la coordination ainsi que la diffusion des outils de communication
Correspondance avec les donateurs
Gestion de la page facebook
Coordination de la campagne avec les familles
Gestion de la vente des produits promotionnels
Production et envoi de l'infolettre
Fournir l'information pertinente a diffuser sur nos réseaux sociaux ( site web facebook LinkedIn Instagram) a la direction générale

Our client a nonprofit organization located in the immediate south shore area of Montréal is looking for a director of philanthropy and communication. This role reports to the general manager.
The key responsabilities of this role are:
Prepare the balance sheet of the activities and the actions taken to obtain periodic funding and the fund raising while informing and updating the general management of the center
Insure the appropriate and productive representation of this nonprofit organization into the community
Organize and supervise the volunteering activities taking place at the center
Provide the budgetery projections for the year relative to the funding activities and donations

Communication responsabilities:
Establish a communication plan aligned with the strategic planning developped by the board of directors
Ensure the deployment of this communication plan including the conception of the visuals the redaction the coordination and diffusion of the communication tools
Coordinate and execute the communication with the donators
Manage the communication details of the facebook page
Coordinate the funding activities tied to the families benefiting from the center services
Manage the selling process tied to our promotional items and products
Produce and send the periodic newsletter
Provide to the general management what pertinent information content needs to be published through social medias (web site facebook LinkedIn Instagram)
