Job Title: IAM L3 SME
Location: Green Valley Dallas TX / Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) L3 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in IAM technologies and architecture particularly with protocols like SAML OAuth OIDC Radius and Kerberos as well as experience in redesigning applications using legacy authentication methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 Support and Expertise: Act as the L3 support specialist and subject matter expert in the Information Technology field with a focus on IAM technologies.
- IAM Architecture Design: Lead and support IAM architecture design initiatives to meet complex requirements and ensure secure access management.
- Application Redesign: Oversee the redesign of applications that use legacy authentication methods such as Kerberos native LDAP RADIUS and Unix Authentication.
- Technology Integration: Integrate IAM solutions across web database server and storage platforms with a strong emphasis on Vernova Enabling Tools and cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by identifying patterns root causes and optimal solutions for efficient process improvement.
- Infrastructure Familiarity: Utilize deep knowledge of IT infrastructure including web middleware database server storage operating systems and virtualization.
Required Skills:
- L3 IAM Experience: Extensive L3 experience in Information Technology with strong expertise in IAM technologies and protocols (SAML OAuth OIDC Radius Kerberos).
- Application Redesign: Proven experience in redesigning applications to transition from legacy authentication methods.
- Technology Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including web database middleware server and storage components.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools particularly within Vernovas ecosystem.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong technical problemsolving skills to detect patterns identify root causes and design optimized solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IAM technologies and L3level support.
- Indepth knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML OAuth OIDC etc.) and legacy authentication systems (Kerberos LDAP RADIUS).
