Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Arabic Speaker is mandatory
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements objectives and goals.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions and processes.
Process Mapping: Create process models flowcharts and diagrams to visualize and document current and future business processes.
Solution Design: Work with development teams to design IT solutions that address business needs ensuring they meet user requirements.
Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents use cases and user stories.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and expectations.
Testing Support: Assist in the development of test cases and user acceptance testing to validate that IT solutions meet business requirements.
Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to ensure a smooth transition when implementing new systems or processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Web Development: Develop and maintain frontend components of websites and web applications using HTML CSS JavaScript and relevant frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js).
