Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Caldwell OH. The ideal candidate will provide highquality nursing care to patients collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety infection control and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Ohio.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
