Your Role:
As a Quality Analyst you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing usergenerated contentsuch as text images videos and audio filesaccording to predefined guidelines and policies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards terms of service and legal requirements.
Providing constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions.
Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Operations Training and Product Development to continuously improve moderation processes and tools.
Staying updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory changes related to content moderation recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1) and Ukrainian (C1) with excellent grammar and communication skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance preferably within a BPO or tech company.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards legal requirements and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail capable of maintaining accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools and platforms as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learningbased moderation tools is a plus.
