Job Description
position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced French Customer Support Service Advisor to join our team onsite in Thessaloniki. This role focuses on providing toptier support to our Frenchspeaking customers handling inquiries resolving issues and promoting products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide efficient support in French.
- Address customer needs resolve issues and ensure a highquality service experience.
- Engage in crossselling and upselling where relevant with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Minimum of one year of sales experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and problemsolving ability.
- Ability to work onsite in Thessaloniki.
