The Role:
Lead sales strategy and execution across multiple B2B ventures with significant ownership opportunities in the ones you scale. This isnt just a sales roleits a chance to cobuild multiple companies from scratch while leveraging our European innovation advantage.
What Youll Do:
- Design and execute sales strategies for B2B offerings ranging from $500$50000
- Build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a datadriven approach
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across North American markets
- Shape service offerings based on market feedback
- Scale successful initiatives across our portfolio companies
- Regular travel to key markets (approximately 25%)
What Were Looking For:
- Proven track record selling B2B solutions ($750K annual revenue)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of US B2B markets
- Ability to sell both productized services and custom solutions
- Nativelevel American English communication skills

Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: $(based on experience and location)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 100% of base salary tied to revenue targets
- Equity: 315% ownership in ventures you help scale (vesting over 4 years)
- Commission: Progressive structure on direct sales (515%)
First 6 Months:
- Reduced base salary with accelerated commission structure
