The role we are looking to fill encompasses overall accountability and responsibility for the work performed by both onsite and offsite teams within the AP T&E (Technical & Engineering) departments. We seek a candidate with a robust technical background in mechanical engineering and machinery, preferably with experience across multiple disciplines. Strong leadership skills are essential for engaging and influencing both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that we meet our common objective of Front-End Loading (FEL) developments.

A key responsibility of this position will be to interface and maintain ongoing communication with offsite AP teams, ensuring that all assigned tasks are delivered on time. Coordination with offsite team leaders will be crucial in assigning the right resources to deliver high-quality remediation packages. This collaboration is vital for maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation in all our projects.

Desired candidate profile

The role also emphasizes the importance of effective communication with AP T&E teams and other stakeholders within JIGPC to ensure a seamless flow of inputs and outputs. Active engagement with new Development Notifications (DNs) will allow our team to assess how AP can best support the delivery of new FEL packages, aligning with our strategy for growth and innovation.

As a member of our team, you will also be responsible for escalating issues, concerns, and any additional support required during steering committee meetings. This proactive approach will help us address challenges promptly and effectively, maintaining our focus on achieving our collective goals.
