Job Description
The role is to run the recruitment division as a profit centre head
- Closing the positions provided for clients in a reasonable time
- Generate targetted revenue
- Manage a team and create a team of recruiters to fulfil the positions
- Generate more clients to spread the reach of positions and closures
- Run the location as a profit centre head
Requirements
- Someone with core experience and exposure in recruitment as a consultant this role will not see people from corporate talent acquisition turning out to be successful.
- Key skills required would be to source headhunt and influence a candidate apart from business development skills to generate more clients
