Job Description
Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician
Are you a skilled technician with a passion for fixing things we are seeking a talented individual to join our clients team and help them provide topnotch inhome appliance repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers tech support dispatch routing and management.
- Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge
- Technical/Mechanical Aptitude
- Dispatch from your home to customer locations in order to repair residential home appliances
- Process transactions related to the inhome repairs
- Collect payments issue receipts and electronically process repair records customer data and technical information via a companyissued tablet or laptop.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct appliance repair experience (No experience Apply for our apprentice position!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficiency with tabletbased technology
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds repeatedly and up to 100 pounds occasionally without assistance
- Capability to perform strenuous work under varied conditions
- Flexible hours (no weekends)
- Complete set of standard industry tools (specific specialty tools are provided)
