Job Description
Position Title: Drafting Team Leader
Work Setup: Hybrid Work Onsite and Work From Home
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 50000.00 Php 70000.00
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TEAM LEADER:
Our Client is a leading design and drafting firm dedicated to delivering toptier solutions. Their focus is on innovation accuracy and a commitment to industry excellence.
This position is ideal for candidates with Australian drafting experience who thrive in a dynamic
environment. Experience with joinery is a bonus but we prioritize creativity attention to detail and
a willingness to learn.
Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader would be:
Lead mentor and manage a team of three Draftspeople to ensure project goals are met.
Coordinate project timelines ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
Conduct regular design reviews to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards.
Develop and implement best practices for drafting processes using SolidWorks AutoCAD
and related tools.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and project
alignment.
Stay informed about industry trends and implement new tools and techniques to keep the
team ahead of the curve.
Qualifications as a Team Leader:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture Engineering Industrial Design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years extensive experience as a Draftsperson with proven leadership
abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Indepth knowledge of Australian standards and regulations.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication organisational and timemanagement skills.
Experience with joinery is a plus but not required.
Passion for the industry and a desire to inspire and develop a highperforming team.
