Quality Assurance Manager
Are you a seasoned quality assurance professional ready to lead a dynamic team Sole Hire is conducting a confidential search on behalf of its client for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to drive quality excellence and innovation in a thriving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Management System ensuring robust standards and procedures.
- Provide strategic leadership to the quality assurance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee internal testing requirements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage the disposition of nonconforming materials and products.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with department managers to communicate and uphold quality goals and objectives.
- Ensure comprehensive training for all employees on the Quality Policy.
- Maintain and manage all qualityrelated documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the corrective action system and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare necessary certifications and Certificates of Conformance for clients.
- Oversee the calibration system to meet quality requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or 5 years of relevant experience in quality management.
- Extensive knowledge of quality management systems.
- At least five years of experience in a quality control environment.
- Proficiency in standard measuring equipment blueprint reading and PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Experience in the injection molding process for plastic materials especially PVC and Nylon is a plus.
- Proven ability to supervise train and lead quality personnel.

Please be aware that all candidates must pass a background check and a 5panel drug screen. Our client does not sponsor visas; therefore candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. This is strictly an onsite position. Please do not apply with the expectation of negotiating a hybrid role as no exceptions will be made. Compensation is set at $70000 $80000 per year and this amount is nonnegotiable.
