Job Description:
Fornax Global is seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to prepare detailed layouts for a variety of machinery, mechanical tools, and devices. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating designs from architects and engineers into technical drawings while also providing training and support to production recruits.
Responsibilities:
- Teach production recruits how to use computerized numerical control (CNC) pipe bending and effectively operate production devices and appliances.
- Deliver PowerPoint presentations for periodic updates on design plans during supervision meetings.
- Use software to convert architectural and engineering designs into precise technical drawings.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in various drafting techniques as a mechanical design drafter.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts, excellent communication skills, and effective technological and time management abilities.
- Specialized training through a technical program leading to a certificate or associate’s degree in drafting.
Requirements:
- Valid QID and availability for immediate joining.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with knowledge in coordination drawings.
- Freelancers preferred.
