Alnafitha IT is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Junior ManageEngine Specialist to join our IT team.
This role is crucial in supporting our IT infrastructure by managing monitoring and maintaining ManageEngine software applications to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a foundational understanding of IT service management tools and a strong desire to grow in the field.
- System Administration: Assist in installing configuring and maintaining ManageEngine products such as ServiceDesk Plus OpManager Desktop Central and others.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide firstlevel support for ManageEngine applications diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor systems and performance metrics create regular reports and highlight potential issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- User Management: Assist in user account setup permissions and access configurations within ManageEngine applications.
- Incident Management: Log track and escalate incidents as necessary ensuring all issues are addressed within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations settings and changes within ManageEngine tools for audit and troubleshooting purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in system optimization and performance improvement projects to enhance tool usage and user experience.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure network monitoring and IT service management (ITSM) concepts.
- Experience with ManageEngine Tools: Prior exposure to ManageEngine applications such as ServiceDesk Plus Desktop Central OpManager or similar tools is preferred.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues independently or escalate as required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members and endusers.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: ManageEngine certification(s) or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience in ITIL Processes: Knowledge of ITIL principles particularly in incident problem and change management.
- Scripting Knowledge: Basic understanding of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python) to automate tasks within ManageEngine.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Identity and Services Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security Microsoft 365 Messaging Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Technical Skills: Experience in same or similar technology: 5+ (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Windows Virtual Desktop) Experience being involved in different types of solution implementations Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware and software. Experience across different industry sectors. Good Experience with System center configuration manager. IT networking skills and experience Excellent understanding of Microsoft Modern workplace and Microsoft Security. Personal Skills: High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Being able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work to tight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent in Arabic and English.
