WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING HERE
You are expected to oversee and perform the endtoend accounting process of the Company. This role requires a candidate who is servicefocused selfdriven and eager to grow. We are looking for talent who has strong ownership and is able to execute tasks assigned timely.
Accounting:
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage the accounting team.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
HR Process Management:
- Oversee and ensure monthly payroll are processed timely and accurately
- Manage and work with HR junior personal on HRrelated tasks to ensure an effective HR process is in place.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives.
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in accounting related role or audit firm
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
