Job Description
- Participate in functional and technical discussions with clients and team members to understand specifications highlight performance concerns and ensure that the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are available and uptodate.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies and tools implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
- Develop guide and mentor QA engineers in using the testing framework enhancing technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Tester.
- 3 years of experience in Test Automation ideally with Playwright software.
- Handson experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Scrum certification and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Strong communication skills resilience and a solutionoriented mindset.
- Dedication to results product quality and team collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to a solutiondriven team environment.
- Be deeply engaged with the product and proactive within your team.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will: Participate in functional and technical discussions with clients and team members to understand specifications, highlight performance concerns, and ensure that the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are available and up-to-date. Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies and tools, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts, ensuring alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
