Responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and offering personalized product recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends products and promotions in the beauty and fashion industry. Educate customers about product features benefits and usage to enhance their shopping experience. Participate in product launches promotions and special campaigns to boost sales.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and handle any orderrelated issues. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and sales activities.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services. Provide insights and suggestions for product development and promotional strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Follow up with customers postpurchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
