Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Advisor for Customer Experience Data & Feedback Management to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in standardizing and optimizing how we collect process and utilize feedback from residents. Your work will help us better understand and respond to the needs of our community ensuring that our services continuously improve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardize Data Collection: Develop a standard for collecting resident and employee feedback ensuring accurate and comprehensive data recording.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders in adopting new data collection methods and ensure widespread sharing of resident feedback across the municipality.
- Data Analysis: Enhance methods for analyzing resident feedback including adjustments to Tableau dashboards.
- Facilitate Insights: Lead meetings to inspire colleagues to extract actionable insights from feedback regardless of their data skills.
- Information Management: Ensure clarity and maintenance of information needs related to resident feedback and service data during system renewals and replacements. Act as a business owner towards the IT data team.
Requirements
- Education: Academic level of thinking and working.
- Experience:
- At least five years as a data analyst with extensive experience in Tableau.
- At least three years of experience within a municipality preferably related to service delivery.
- Proven experience in promoting datadriven working and enhancing colleagues data skills preferably in a service delivery context.
- Experience with agile working in multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of users and IT.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to achieve tangible results independently.
- Persuasiveness and the ability to inspire and engage colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must work onsite with the team at the City Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
