Job Description

On behalf of one of its clients in the Education field the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Human Resources Intern in Learning & Development.


You will play an important role as HR goto person for our Educative and Administrative Staff. You will be managed by the HR Business Partner with a focus on Learning and Development projects.


What you can expect:
  • Learn HR best practices under the guidance of experienced HR Professionals;
  • Gain experience in various fields like Training Recruiting Talent Management;
  • Enhance your project management skills;
  • Deal with a large range of stakeholders at different levels;
  • Work closely with other departments like Marketing & Communications Admissions & Corporate Relationships and Parents Support.

Main Responsibilities:
Learning & Development goal: to build better employee experiences and career paths by providing tailormade learning opportunities and simplifying our processes.

You will help the HR Team and the line Managers to:
  • Formalize the training catalogue for(internal and external courses);
  • Optimize the training application validation process and tools;
  • Optimize the data collection and utilization processes;
  • Define the training KPIs to measure efficiency and progression;
  • Formalize a training feedback collection process;
  • Identify new training needs and suppliers;
  • Manage partnerships and contracts with our training providers;
  • Prepare training reports and update training files;
  • Improve the training digital platform in collaboration with the IT department.
Other Responsibilities:

Recruiting goal: to build meaningful candidate and new joiner experiences through qualitative interviews candidates followup and customized onboarding processes.

You will help the HR Team and Hiring Managers to:

  • Fine tune their hiring needs;
  • Write appealing job descriptions;
  • Build the companys employer branding within Singapore and also internationally (ex. Participation to job fairs networking events);
  • Shortlist profiles and coordinate interview processes
  • Conduct interviews and identify the right talents;
  • Cultivate the candidates: Inform provide regular qualitative feedback and followup;
  • Manage offer discussion and contracts preparation;
  • Followup on offers status with the Hiring Managers/Heads of Departments;
  • Launch on boarding processes;
  • Support the organization of on boarding days and events.

Other projects you will contribute to: Implementation of the new HRMS (Workday)
  • Implementation of the change management roadmap : users information communication coordination adoption;
  • Preparation of training materials formats sessions.




Requirements

You are pursuing a Master degree in HR/Business/Management;

You have excellent interpersonal skills;

You are a good team player;

You are fluent in French and English;

You master Google Suite and Excel;

You are curious and eager to learn;

You are detailoriented and organized.
