Job Summary:
As a Wellness Manager at Ultra Cryo & Recovery you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and supporting branch operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with leads generating community outreach and overseeing the daily operations of the wellness center to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead and coach a team towards achieving client acquisition sales and retention goals embodying our company values and contributing to our mission of promoting natural healing and wellness.
This position is fulltime at our Lakeland location with pay up to $45000 commission and performance bonuses working hours of 4048 hours per week Monday Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by actively following up with leads selfgenerating leads and engaging with community outreach.
- Manage daily operations of the wellness center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Train coach and oversee team members in performing tasks adhering to standards and achieving client acquisition and retention goals.
- Act as a frontline service representative to resolve customer servicerelated issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and guide team members towards meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop offers and promotions that support sales initiatives.
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies ensuring adequate stock levels within budget constraints.
- Facilitate training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service direct sales or related fields.
- Bachelor s degree in business hospitality fitness wellness or related field preferred.
- Positive outgoing and serviceoriented personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Persuasive and goaloriented with proven leadership experience.
- Strong multitasking time management and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to company values professionalism and code of conduct.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
