Job Title: GermanSpeaking Content Moderator Social Media Platform Project
Location: Porto Portugal (POP Porto Office Park)
Start Date: 21st November 2024
Are you passionate about creating a safe and positive online environment Cross Border Talents is seeking talented GermanSpeaking Content Moderators to join our exciting social media project in Porto. If youre detailoriented techsavvy and eager to make a difference this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation: Review and assess usergenerated content on a popular social media platform to ensure it adheres to community guidelines.
- Video and Content Review: Address complaints legal notices and review decisions related to copyright or inappropriate content.
- Audit Content: Ensure uploaded content meets platform requirements including quality and accuracy.
- Compliance: Safeguard customer data and follow strict guidelines to ensure service excellence.
- KPIs: Maintain high performance and meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Candidate Profile:
- Language Proficiency:
- German (C1) proficiency required.
- English (B2) level for communication.
- Skills:
- Strong computer navigation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail adaptability and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player with independent working ability.
Work Conditions:
- Schedule: Rotative shifts (24/7) Monday to Sunday.
- 07:00 16:00
- 14:00 23:00
- 22:30 07:30
- Work Model: 100% onsite in Porto.
- Days Off: 2 days off per week (rotating).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 950EU (paid 14 times a year).
- Language Bonus: 450EUR per month (paid across 12 months).
- Meal Allowance: 7.63EUR per working day (net).
- Training: 4 weeks total (2week training 2 weeks nesting).
- Relocation Package:
- From outside Portugal: Airfare reimbursement up to 400 EUR (after 180 days of contract) and 28 days of temporary hotel accommodation.
- From inside Portugal: Travel cost reimbursement up to 150 EUR (after 180 days) and 15 days of temporary hotel accommodation.

- EU ID Residence card Manifestao de Interesse or Visas (under consultation) are accepted.
