Are you a newly licensed CDLA driver or have experience under your belt Were excited to bring on dedicated drivers to our team offering paid training and competitive pay at 0.55 CPM to start. Youll be running OTR routes mostly on the East Coast with the occasional West Coast adventure. After completing a 200250 hour handson training program you can expect weekly earnings between 1400 and 1680 USD.
About the Position:
- Where Youll Drive: Most of your routes will be east of the Mississippi River with an occasional trip to the West Coast.
- Training Pay: During your training earn 650 USD per week while you learn the ropes.
- Pay: Start at 0.55 CPM runningmiles weekly with pay raises every 36 months. Experienced drivers can earn up to 0.64 CPM within five years.

What Were Looking For:
- Requirements: 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
- Driving Record: No major speeding (15 mph over) serious accidents or DUIs in the last five years (only one lifetime DUI allowed).
- Background Check: No misdemeanors or felonies within the last 10 years and none involving children at any time.
- DOT Requirements: No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests.
