Document current environment interfaces: Document existing integrations systems stored procedures etc. including volume of transactions between the different systems.
Conduct reverse engineering of current IIB flows: Analyse and understand the existing IIB flows to document their functionality dependencies and integration points.
Support microservices solution architecture: Assist in defining the roadmap for migrating functionalities from existing IIB based flows to microservices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with developers architects and business stakeholders. Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems design and architecture.
Ensure system reliability and scalability: Validate changes conduct technical assessments and address any bottlenecks.
Lead and mentor system analysts: Provide guidance and share expertise in IIB flows and integration patterns.
Requirements and Skills
Extensive and proven experience with integration software and solutions:10 years working with integration solutions.
Deep knowledge and experience IBM IIB: 7 years working with IBM IIB.
Knowledge in APP Connect.
Leadership and communication skills: Ability to guide teams and effectively communicate across different stakeholders.
Problemsolving mindset: Ability to address challenges during the transition to microservices.
Proven work experience as a system analyst.
Hands on experience with software development and documentation.
Ability to explain technical details to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills.
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
Nice to have.
Knowledge and experience with Microservices Architecture.
Knowledge and experience with RedHat OpenShift.
Knowledge and experience on Event Driven Systems.
Knowledge in upgrading from IIB to App connect
