Job Description
Our Client is an IT company who is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Presales Engineer to join his team in Mkalles Lebanon.
As a Senior Presales Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team as well as leading demonstrations and presentations of the solutions to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of the clients and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and present highlevel technical solutions for customers
- Manage the presales client engagements projects from a technical standpoint.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Provide consultancy and assessment for new projects
- Lead technical response to Request for Proposal and Request for Information (RFI) by writing clear responses to commonly asked questions and gathering answers from other internal technical experts.
- Assist and execute in R&D tasks
- Prepare solutions document
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer and communications engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales
- Expert in Routing and Switching
- Ability to interact with all related parties involved in order to present a complete and optimal solution and meet the specified deadline.
- Ability to understand business processes and business problems.
- Ability to multitask and be able to represent multiple subjects and products.
- Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
