Inventory Specialist
Direct Hire Onsite Position
Summary
The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing inventory processes for the program specifically focused on highvolume smallpart inventories. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage large datasets and extract essential information with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
In this role you will manage and track materials used by contractors for WIFI cable installation and fiber burial including items like splitters construction materials vaults (protecting electrical wiring) and markers all maintained on a contractor site rather than a client warehouse. Inventory is labeled organized and stored across several buildings some equipped with small warehouses and dock doors.

1st Shift 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Requirements
- Verify stock information and unit identification numbers
- Inventory and audit equipment and parts
- Unpackage sort and stage units for production
- Receive units using RF handheld devices
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform cycle counts and audits according to company policies
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Responsibilities
- Prioritize workflow effectively
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Lift up to 50 pounds and stand outdoors for extended periods
- Adapt to a flexible schedule
- Basic computer skills; Excel knowledge is a plus
