About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing our IT Service Management capabilities with a focus on healthcare applications and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong ServiceNow development skills with experience customizing and optimizing ServiceNow for healthcare use cases.

The ideal candidate will bring strong ServiceNow development skills with experience customizing and optimizing ServiceNow for healthcare use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement custom workflows applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform aligning with ITIL best practices.
- Optimize existing configurations and customizations to improve functionality and usability for healthcare workflows.
- Collaborate closely with internal IT business stakeholders and healthcare compliance teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow applications.
- Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other healthcarespecific systems ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development including designing and customizing modules and workflows.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture data model and development standards.
- Experience with JavaScript HTML/CSS REST/SOAP APIs and other relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Familiarity with healthcare domain processes with a preference for candidates who understand HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
- Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified Application Developer preferred.
- Plus: Prior experience in the healthcare industry specifically around ITSM ITOM or ITBM modules within ServiceNow.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNows Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management module.
- Proficiency in designing workflows for healthcare operations including clinical administrative or data management functions.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
