Shift Notes: 8hr days 7a3pm or 7.30a4p MondayFriday 40hr guarantee

OnCall Requirements: The call schedule is to be determined by the facility

** Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and the weekend after Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the weekend after New Years Eve/New Years Day and the weekend after

• DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
• Perform a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and ingenuity.
• Requires initiative to apply appropriate skills to facilitate a diagnosis.
• May be assigned independent responsibilities by the Lead Technologist Administrative Director or Operations Manager.
• Proper care of the client by the departmental and hospital policies and
• procedures is required.
• May be responsible for assigned areas to assume responsibilities of supervision or instruction to department personnel as determined by the Operations Manager or Lead Technologist.
• Practices infection control and body substance isolation in clinical practice in compliance with departmental and hospital policies and OSHA standards.
• Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrates proper operation of PACS HIS and RIS computer systems.
• Demonstrates ability to operate and troubleshoot CR DR and PACs applications.
• Attends annual mandatory education to include bloodborne pathogens infection control and body substance isolation.
• Maintains department competencies as required.
• Must have excellent patient care skills. Must be current with all continuing education for both radiology and mammography

• 2 Years of CURRENT MAMMOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
• ARRT (M) (R) Certification Required
• Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile including Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file an exemption form

• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
