Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing facilityrelated projects from inception to completion.
  • This role requires a strong focus on process improvement root cause analysis and delivery of highquality results.
  • The ideal candidate will bring maturity and expertise to our project management processes ensuring that all projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards.

Required Skills:

  • Lead and manage multiple facilities projects including improvements maintenance and break fixes.
  • Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in facilities project management.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Facilities Management (CFM) is a plus
