Job Description:
- The Client Music Podcasts team is looking for a Software Development Engineer who will help improve the overall infrastructural health and operational excellence of the teams AWS services.
- Primary responsibilities include developing improving the unit and integration test coverage of our services moving our services closer to CI/CD and evaluating the overall scalability of our systems.
- Our goal is to make the deployment of new code changes and scaling for our services as seamless as possible

Candidate Requirements:
Job Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have experience with writing unit and integration tests for microservices (particularly in Java) and some familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- They should be detail oriented have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently when needed.
Required technical skills:
- Java unit and integration testing frameworks.
Preferred technical skills:
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
KPI:
- Looking at unit integration test numbers. See numbers go from red to green
Leadership Principles:

Top 3 musthave hard skills:
- Java Experience
- Familiarity with unit and integration testing
- Familiarity with micro service deployment process
