Job Description
Role: SAS Grid & AWS Cloud Architect
Duration: Long Term
Location: Onsite (Preferred in Raritan NJ) Relocation is also available
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement and support a Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) for clinical trials. The role includes managing SAS Grid infrastructure optimizing AWS cloud solutions and developing web applications for data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAS Grid Management:
- Set up and configure SAS Grid environments.
- Monitor performance troubleshoot issues and optimize job scheduling.
- Document procedures configurations and best practices for operational efficiency.
- AWS Cloud & Storage Management:
- Design and maintain Lustre file systems and AWS FSx for ONTAP to support highperformance analytical workloads.
- Manage data migration to AWS FSx for ONTAP and ensure system optimization.
- Monitor and enhance performance for both Lustre and AWS FSx environments.
- Full Stack Development:
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js for data visualization and analysis.
- Refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve performance.
- Collaborate with data teams to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Technical Skills:
- SAS Expertise:
- Proficiency in SAS programming (SAS/Base SAS Macros SAS/Stat) in a Linux environment.
- Experience with SAS Grid SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Studio.
- AWS Cloud & Storage:
- Strong knowledge of Lustre architecture and AWS FSx for ONTAP.
- Expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture design.
- Full Stack Development:
- Strong experience with JavaScript HTML CSS and React.js.
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js Express) and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in version control (Git) and agile development practices.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with clinical trial phases IIV is a plus.
- Understanding of spaCy NLP integration in React.js applications.
