SEN Teaching Assistant ADHD Support Croydon

- Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to adapt classroom strategies and resources ensuring that each students unique needs are met.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and interventions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and builds selfesteem among students.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students with ADHD or similar educational needs is beneficial.
- A clear DBS check is required to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
- Strong communication skills patience and a compassionate approach to supporting diverse learners.
