The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Excel including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and be adept at managing large datasets. This role requires accuracy adaptability and the ability to handle diverse tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe data from PDF documents into our database systems with high accuracy.
Utilize advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP to organize analyze and manage large datasets.
Review and verify transcribed data for completeness and correctness.
Perform data entry tasks related to projectspecific requirements.
Assist with other administrative and datarelated tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with team members to support project goals and deadlines.
Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with data.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role with a strong background in using Excel for data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP pivot tables and data validation.
Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
