Job Description

The ideal individual for this role is a multifaceted and innovative professional who has the proven ability to deliver and launch activations / initiatives on time on budget and on strategy. Must be a clear communicator team player problem solver and multitasker who is able to produce world class events that are representative of our brands.
Candidate Value Proposition:
  • The individual will be joining a team that manages a family of 4 major apps partnerships (includes entertainment sports streamers news gaming publishers live music festivals etc.).
  • The role generally involves working alongside both media and creator partners to drive content production.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with stakeholders on aligning vision and managing activations.
Role Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Work closely with Partnerships team to lead execution of activations.
  • This includes timelines budgets event location sourcing contracts vendor sourcing and management creator communication partner communication and recapping.
  • Keep organized status sheets job folders and be able to build and input into G Suite slides decks docs and sheets.
  • Manage a high volume of ongoing events with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Manage external vendor relationships (agencies venues production companies etc.).
  • Communicate with creators and partners in a professional manner.
  • Gather social posts in real time to share back with partners and internal teams.
  • Track and report back on data to estimate ROI and performance.
  • Work closely with XFN in advance of the activation to coordinate across distinct priorities.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors previous work in a related field.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
